Key Responsibilities 職責:
· Responsible for cooking Chinese or Western food and general duties of kitchen team
負責烹調中/西式食品及一般廚房工作
· Take care of daily food preparation and duties assigned by Head Chef
需協助主廚工作及準備食品
· Ensure the area of kitchen, utensils and equipment are clean and maintain the hygiene standards
確保廚房,器具以設備整潔衛生
Preferred Qualifications 資歷:
· At least 2-5 years’ experience in food production and operations;
最少2-5年入廚經驗
· No requirement on academic qualification;
沒有學歷要求
· Fair Cantonese, able to read Chinese
一般粵語; 懂閱讀中文
