{"id":13048,"date":"2024-08-05T18:03:18","date_gmt":"2024-08-05T10:03:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.compass-hk.com\/?post_type=career&#038;p=13048"},"modified":"2024-08-05T18:03:18","modified_gmt":"2024-08-05T10:03:18","slug":"commerical-business-partner","status":"publish","type":"career","link":"https:\/\/www.compass-hk.com\/zh-hant\/career\/commerical-business-partner\/","title":{"rendered":"Commerical Business Partner"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Purpose<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Be a business partner to the Hong Kong Account Director assisting in developing and executing the overall contract strategy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identification of key commercial initiatives to drive improved business performance and deliver change<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Actively participate in the building of budgets, forecasts &amp; client commercial models&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Responsibilities<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Provide commercial insight and analysis to the management team to support operational decision marking<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support in monthly business reviews to effectively communicate the business&#8217; financial performance &amp; participate in discussions surrounding risks &amp; opportunities&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support with the contracts financial results and reporting of performance including budgeting and forecasting processes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ownership of contracts balance sheet integrity including monthly balance sheet reviews<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Undertake any reasonable management request to support the performance of the business<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop team members, supporting their career progression while focusing on service, ensure adequate business partnering and commercial knowledge<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Part Qualified Accountant (CIMA\/ACCA\/ACA) or QBE with varied experience in accounting roles<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience of business partnering senior stakeholders with the ability to challenge, influence and persuade at all levels<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>High numeric and analytical skills and attention to detail&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent communication skills &#8211; ability to communicate oral and written information concisely and logically&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to analyse, evaluate and present information concisely&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We offer an attractive remuneration package and excellent career prospects to the right&nbsp;candidate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please apply with full details of academic qualifications, work experience, date of available, present and expected salary by clicking&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Apply Now<\/a>&nbsp;button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Compass Group Hong Kong is an Equal Opportunities Employer.
