{"id":12329,"date":"2023-01-13T16:47:26","date_gmt":"2023-01-13T08:47:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.compass-hk.com\/?post_type=career&#038;p=12329"},"modified":"2024-08-05T17:13:29","modified_gmt":"2024-08-05T09:13:29","slug":"facilities-coordinator","status":"publish","type":"career","link":"http:\/\/www.compass-hk.com\/zh-hant\/career\/facilities-coordinator\/","title":{"rendered":"Facilities Coordinator"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Highlights<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Facilities Coordinator<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Receptionist<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>FOH desk<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Duties and responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Interim \/ all day coverage at FOH desk subject to FOH team&#8217;s need \/ event support<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>FOH reliever for lunch break, time off and absence from desk<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform basic FOH functions including using internal system, assistance to clients<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Responsible for daily floor inspection to ensure all internal office area is in good conditions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Daily check of client events &#8211; prepare guest badges for group arrival prior to their arrival<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Daily check of system and based on desk preparation \/ move \/ user&#8217;s requests and follow up with outstanding items<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handle ad-hoc tasks requested by FOH team, e.g., prepare suspension notice upon washroom drain blockage and coordinate with handymen for cordon-off<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate with different&nbsp;for maintenance work<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keep track of stock inventory for feminine hygiene supplies and mother&#8217;s room supplies and update spreadsheet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Regional Support &#8211; prepare desk assignment and nameplate for visitors every week and summarize recycle product collection once a quarter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Experience in Facilities-related matters with detailed-minded<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2-3 year experiences in Hotel Front Desk and Back Office processes is required with strong Administration Skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong PC literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong Customer Service focus and proactive<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrated experience with continuous improvement initiatives highly desirable<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrated experience with client reporting and preparation of reports required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We offer an attractive remuneration package and excellent career prospects to the right&nbsp;candidate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please apply with full details of academic qualifications, work experience, date of available, present and expected salary by clicking&nbsp;<a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Apply Now<\/a>&nbsp;button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Compass Group Hong Kong is an Equal Opportunities Employer.
