Financial Corporate Office<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Main duties of the role<\/strong>:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Handles all events enquiries<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Meets and communicates with event organizers to understand their requirement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communicates with different internal departments to make sure the success of the event<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensures event updates and changes are communicated to culinary and event team<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepares event order for the event organizer &nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintains a good working relationship with clients, departments and teammate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Makes sure all events materials are up to date<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attends daily briefing and share event status with the team<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Works with Chef for any tailor-made menus requested by the clients<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handles event related administrative task of the site<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handles special project requested by the line manager<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Job Requirement:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Degree holder in Event Management or related disciplines&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 &#8211; 3 years of Event Management experience&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Outgoing, Detail-oriented, self-motivated, good communication skills, multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in MS applications<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Interested candidates, please send e-mail with full details of academic qualifications, work experience, date of available, present and expected salary by clicking &#8220;APPLY NOW&#8221;
