Job Duties<\/strong>
\n\u00b7 Responsible for providing hospitality service to our clients (Financial conglomerates)
\n\u00b7 Deliver professional, informative, well-mannered at front house reception
\n\u00b7 Reservation handling
\n\u00b7 Provide clerical support to the Operations \/ Guest Services Manager in preparing invoice, reports and projects as well as email handling<\/p>\n

Requirements<\/strong>
\n\u00b7 Experience in working at a 4-5 star hotel of Front Office Department
\n\u00b7 Able to work within a demanding fast paced environment
\n\u00b7 Work as a team-member to provide a \u2018best in class\u2019 services
\n\u00b7 Strong customer service skills
\n\u00b7 Professional telephone manner together with excellent verbal and written communication skills
\n\u00b7 Proficiency in MS applications
\n\u00b7 Extremely well presented<\/p>\n
