50% deposit is required upon receipt of your signed confirmation. Please pay deposits directly in to our HSBC No. 500-059100-001 and fax us (fax : 2873-5612) the pay-in slip by quoting our reference number for confirmation. All cheques should be made payable to "ENCORE CATERING LIMITED." Balance of payment to be settled by Cash, Company Cheque or Cashier Order upon our staff arrival. Shall there are any delay of payment, 2% monthly interest penalty will be charged.

Cancellation Policy & Weather Conditions

CANCELLATION POLICY

Upon receipt of your signed confirmation, the following cancellation policy will apply:
Less than 3 working days : 20% of the total estimated food & beverage charges will be levied.
Less than 48 hours notice : 50% of the total estimated food & beverage charges will be levied.
Less than 24 hours notice :100% of the total estimated food & beverage charges will be levied.

WEATHER CONDITIONS

The function will be automatically considered " CANCELLED " if Black Rain / Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is being hoisted 4 hours before the function's arrival time or if Black Rain / Typhoon Signal No. 8 is being lowered 4 hours before the function's arrival time.

Cancellation due to Black Rain / Typhoon No. 8 will incur no penalty charge. Under such weather circumstances, purchaser would like to change the function date, please contact us at least 36 hours before the required date. The changed date shall be any date within one month from the original delivery date. If over this period, it will be treated as being forfeited and the deposit will not be refunded.
