Encore Catering Limited was founded in Hong Kong in the 1980's as Stevens Catering. Compass Group PLC acquired the business from First Pacific Davies in 1998 when the company was trading as FPD Stevens Catering.

Encore Catering offers clients a range of catering services, from Outdoor Sports Events to Indoor Formal Receptions and Dinners. Our team of highly trained International Chefs, Professional Waiters and Sales personnel provide creative menus and food presentations with a consistency and care for all our clients. We also provide a vast choices of furniture and serving equipment, which can be rented by individuals or companies planning their own events. We operate under the strictest global guidelines for food safety and hygiene.

Our client portfolio includes many well-known companies in the finance, legal and retail sectors as well as Consulate Generals, Government Departments and Sporting Events. Our participation on Omega Golf Championship, World Cup Rugby Sevens, Salem Open, Marlboro Championship, Watson's Water Challenge were highly appreciated by the organizers.
